Sinful Frosted Brownies

Ingredients

10 tablespoons butter

1 T. corn syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa , sifted

2 eggs

1 egg yolk

¾ cup sugar

½ cup lightly packed brown sugar

½ cup flour

¼ tsp. salt

Frosting

⅓ cup butter , soft

⅓ cup cream cheese, room temp

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1½ cups confectioner's sugar, sifted

¼ teaspoon salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.

Line an 8x8 inch pan with nonstick foil.

Melt butter in microwave.

Add corn syrup and stir well.

Add vanilla and cocoa and whisk.

Add eggs, egg yolk & sugars.

Fold in flour.salt.

Bake 25-30 mins. Cool.

Frosting

Beat butter and cream cheese.

Add cocoa.

Add confectioner's sugar.

Add a little bit of milk if it is too thick.

Add vanilla and salt.

Frost cooled brownies.
