Ingredients
- 1/2 packet filo pastry sheets
- 2 cups fruit mince *See notes
- 50 g butter melted
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C.
- STEP 2Use two sheets of filo pastry. Brush one sheet with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place next sheet on top and repeat.
- STEP 3Place 1/2 cup of fruit mince along the short side of the sheets and roll up to form a cigar shape.
- STEP 4Cut into desired lengths and bake at 180C until brown and crisp. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
