Onions(2),Tomato(2),
Mustard seeds(1/2tbsp),Jeera(1/2tbsp),
Salt(per taste),Cooking oil(per required),
Chilli powder(as per tasteor 1 1/2tbsp),
Garam masala1/2 tbsp,
Coriander for garnishing

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the chickpeas. Make sure that you don’t boil fully coz it gets mashed. Take a pan add the cooking oil.add mustard seeds,jeera.let it crackle. Add the chopped onions saute it and then add tomatoes fry it untill oil comes out in sides of the pan. add salt.And all the other ingredients and mix it well. add the boiled chick pea. and cook for some time. If required add the masala as per your taste. At the end add garam masal and coriander leaves. and chick pea sabji serve with parathey
