Mango Gelato


Ingredients
1 1/2 cup frozen mango chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 tbs brown sugar

Equipment
1 food processor

Method
STEP 1 Place mango pieces into food processor and blitz to break up into smaller chunks.
STEP 2 Add milk tablespoon by tablespoon until you reach desired stage of creaminess.
STEP 3 Taste and add sugar if needed. Serve.
Notes
You may not require brown sugar to sweeten the gelato depending on sweetness of the mangoes you are using. Blend first, taste, then add sugar if required. You can top with whipped cream or chopped macadamias to serve.
